Returns and exchanges

We offer refunds or exchanges on eligible jewelry within 30 days of delivery or pickup, with no restocking fee. Custom-made, sized or engraved jewelry is excluded from this policy. Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have concerns about an excluded piece, please contact us so we can explore a suitable solution. Change-of-mind refunds may be considered exceptionally, on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed. This policy does not limit your rights under Quebec law, including legal warranties for defects or non-conformity. Existing orders remain subject to the terms that applied when they were placed.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact Labmond within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

Labmond pays for insured return shipping for approved returns. You may also drop off an approved return at our Laval showroom free of charge.

Lifetime manufacturing-defect warranty

Labmond jewelry, including its setting, is covered by a lifetime warranty against confirmed manufacturing defects. Following assessment, we will repair a covered defect at no charge or replace the piece if repair is not possible. This warranty does not limit your legal rights.
